how can things even go this wrong looksmaxxing is pretty straightforward for the most part
He has a birth defect, cleft lip, occurs when the tissues of the upper lip don't fully join during early pregnancy, creating a gap that can range from a small notch to a large opening extending into the nose
So it’s been over for him since birth and I doubt a rhinoplasty is really an option for him but atleast people don’t have in him to much
