Serious This is what i eat daily generally

These foods are very healthy, but you should not eat too much of any food! If you want to achieve any nutritional values, it is important to incorporate other foods.
I mean there are some trace minerals missing, and Vitamin E, but it's pretty good. Should get good performance
 
U can include anything in that 500gram of meat .

Like sometimes I include heart or liver too.

And goyslop and fruits here and there mogs .


It's actually the best diet for feeling good and staying lean and for looks .

I'm lean asf but I got a very high metabolism too tbf.
