I agree, if his eyes were more symmetrical, and his eyebrows actually fit his face…also if his eyes weren’t too different shapes, also his under eye support doesn’t look that good. His canthal tilt looks extremely neutral and his medial canthus could be more downwards/elongated.

his eyes looks kind of red here and he could also thicken his eyebrows, i agree with everything else
i think his symmetry is fine and his tilt is good
