u dont do it for 5 mins straight blud, also try using your whole arms to pull ur thumbs instead of only ur hand, i just to use only my thumbs and it hurt hella

Optimal is full force for 2 hours till ur maxilla breaks, then u can hold it in place till it slowly heals

why? I try to go full force for 5 minutes straight everyday.

because ur maxilla will expand the first 5 minutes and it will go back to its place after an hour, if u do it more cyclically it will stay in the shape, also u have to stimulate the sutures more than once in a day.
i do it 6-8 times a day, resulting in a total time of 5 mins a day
