The pictures in the black tanktop was taken around a month ago but I posted them here a little over a week ago. The picture in the Polka dot shirt was Friday.
Since then i've incorporated a Vitamim C facial cleanser instead of my oily skin cleanser because i'm pretty sure I have combination skin. I do a sheet mask or a clay mask once a week and a lymph node and gua shua facial massage routine every morning. I tried to straighten my brows and I accidentally shaved them too short in the middle so i'm working on growing them back as well. I also got impulsive and pierced my second earlobe piercing to prevent myself from sleeping on my sides at night. Did that yesterday so i'll see how it goes.
My next steps are to work on my coloring and body fat. I'm planning on dying my brows darker but i'm not allowed to dye my hair unless it is professionally done. I've seen people use coffee so I might try that. I also started to style my curls for new volume.
I just barely started getting lean. I'm a cross country runner and so i'm waiting on that to start for cardio which will be plenty but i've been drinking a lot of water and I started eating more protein. Any tips for cutting out sugar?
I know i'm getting a lot of clothes and makeup for christmas which will help and i'm planning on trying more volume on the top of my head for a higher cranial top.
