ignoring my drama rn i rlly need tips cuz its killing me everywhere especially in the gym
Social anxiety stems from low confidence and feeling out of place like u dont deserve to be there

U need to adress whats causing u to feel out of place or accepting it and then practicing social conversations daily and multiple times to get used to it

Most important is practice and alot of it, force ur self to do it many many times
