Nah, you don't. Furthermore, don't do an aggressive cut; it's going to fuck up your hormones. I'd recommend you increase your daily activity and eat in a 200-300 calorie deficit. I get it; you want results fast, but cutting slow is the best way to preserve LBM while dropping BF%.
