I'm going all serious tomorrow. I've been reading articles regarding muscle mass and reading this one book someone gifted me. It's all been a bless, but yet I find myself woven into deep insecurities about my looks.

I'll start making my life worth to live, sleeping better, eating better, studying harder and enjoying my time with my family.

Every promise you make to yourself and break, it's only you gliding towards the wrong direction.

Don't only hyperfixate on your appearance, you'll be miserable that way.

Just do what you need to do.

I agee. Looks dont matter as much as people say. Money, status, and prestige are king. Only after you have good relationships, friends, hobbies, and health tho.

How is it working for you? Have you been able to implement some of the advice from the other threads?
yea, started doing chin tucks, some eye training and chewing naturally hard food. also, i'm trying to get better sleep but these celebrations i've been having back to back never help at all, coming home like 1-2 am for a week straight.

got a gymcel friend so imma start training w him, also doing some research on nutrition too. it's been alright, ig i'm getting my life together, thanks for asking man ❤️‍🩹
