Went to the doctors today after doing an upper body work-out last night. I woke up in the morning noticing I couldn't move my right arm. It's not a complete tear and I have to wear a splint for the next month or so. They gave me pain killers too

Too be determined. I really can't afford to pay too much for surgery right now so I'm hoping just taking good care of it for the next month will suffice.
