i started the day waking up and quickly going to the bathroom to shower and brush my teeth then i went to the kitchen and drank some water and a cup of coffee then i sat and done some english lit homework whilst listening to aphex twin to relax and then i read a book for a bit, all without picking up my phone first thing in the morning

im trying and stop picking up my phone as soon as i wakeup , its a really bad habit and my screen time is about 12 hours so im tryng to use it less and less

I power off my phone before going to sleep and i only power on after breakfast

i put my phone on dnd and place it beneath my bed and i only opened it after i done everything
