trying to starve on my period

i haven’t gotten my period in a while bc i’m on so many medications

is so hard i couldnt take it anymore so i ate some food

don’t starve it’s gonna make it worse, eat small portions of magnesium and iron rich foods and drink a lot of water. anyway if u feel really bad on ur period try to go to a gynecologist, it may be a problem

thats what i did, i didnt stuff myself but i ate a small portion of this food with like spinach and mutton in it and rice. the mutton really helps and tastes good too
 
whats ur goal weight? ive been fasting with minimal food for the past two weeks and ive already lost 10 pounds! it was so much easier than i thought im at 100 rn only 5 more to 95
omg whats ur height? my goal is just to hit anything under 100 lbs. i weighed in today at 110 which suckssssss but just going to try even harder XD
 
use kg it helps with the psychologica effects of a low number

just keep going im sure u will get there!!! my tip is to not starve completely because ur body will hold onto fat more! i eat a little food at the end of the day but like not slop, healthy home made stuff only. eating plain yogurt also helps me when i get really hungry

Girl, it’s not worth it. I’ve once lost mine for 2.7years, felt like garbage and couldn’t stop eating after like 2 months of its absence. Somehow got it back using advice of my model friend: 1-1.3G heathy fats per kilo of bw, even though was in like ~150kcal deficit for 2 weeks I succeeded. Watch ur marcos and u will be good. Now I can’t believe I was functioning without it

thank you for the advice, but i'd say my 'starving' myself isnt really like not eating food at all. like i do eat but i'm doing it in very small portions very few times a day. its gotten easy for me, i think its helping me reinforce self control over myself and im happy with it. im not going to continue after i reach my goal weight, but instead i'll eat as healthy as possible while keeping myself active to maintain my weight. im sorry about what happened to you, and thanks for your advice, i'll keep it in mind if i feel myself going too far!
