Well, I think I’m considered pretty smart , I’m a great student and I got accepted to a uni at the age of 14 (dropped off because of mental stress and I didn’t want the major anymore)

Ive never heard of a person moving to live in these countries, which is why youll never see ethnics or other europeans there (unless they go to get cheap degrees which is somewhat common). However, Ive seen countless examples of people moving out of these countries.
