He has self banned himself, then he created another account and was banned for it. I don not deem this to be an appropriate form of punishment. Unban him as he was quite a high IQ individual himself with an extensive knowledge regarding computer science. I am saying it as someone whose relationship with that individual was rather quite turbulent.
