I prefer plain, unseasoned food. Whenever I go to restaurant the different sauces and seasonings are overwhelming its just too much.

Tbh I would take it even further and say I prefer eating “ingredients” instead of meals. I would rather just cook some meat, buy some peanuts, liver paste etc (for example). Ofc u cant mix them it would taste awful but I can eat them separately back to back and call it one meal.

How is it unpopular when you acknowledge it's just your preference ?

Bc ain’t no way an ethnic is saying ts 💀
i grew up with white people food tbh. My ethnic side is pretty bad at cooking for some reason

Sounds like an autism trait, jfl.
I just dont like the flavour many sauces/seasonings add. Im good with 1 type or none. How do tastebuds indicate neurodivergence ?

i eat plain food 99% of the time, but thats bc of dieting
i disagree and i think ingredients should be used as a canvas for creating unique flavour profiles
