can you water this down, can’t comprehend rhis
Basically they’re saying people said masculinity is about being tough and angry all the time.

When that isn’t true

I think people should use aggression in other forms like being aggressive when it comes down to getting shit done, not harassing others and being a hard ass

A lot of people, people in general have a misconception of masculinity.

You can thank Andrew Tate AND his haters for that. Also those other redpill mfs

Excactly, this world is too tired for more conflicts

I think i'm aggressive bc of mental illness
Well try not to shit on other people because of it, hate crimes happen and i am glad therapy is not underrated anymore these days, you can find someone to talk to if you have some problem

I am watching euphoria again this is why am i not goofy today

Personally, I read the statement as an attack against masculinity itself not an explanation or advice to men who practice it. It could be written by a misandrist but it might be said by a woman who's been damaged by a lot of abusive men and is trying to explain a complicated phenomenon by oversimplifying it. I couldn't find the original source so I'm not sure who said it.

What do you mean by an attack? Wtf? The real masculinity should be used for productivity and boost of (positive) energy like auggy said up there, while the feminine is used to take care and nurture your wounds, i haven't said masculinity is wrong. Andrew Tate is wrong and masculinity is not

Are you ChibiKibi ASMR's biggest fan?

Not by you specifically, whoever said the original quote.

Masculinity and violence has nothing to do with each other. Anyone who views it as such probably dislikes masculinity as a concept.

Had me in the first half, ngl

I don't disagree with anything you said, but my comments weren't made towards your posts at all, it was towards the quote itself. I never said you said anything poorly about masculinity is my point.

What does that mean?
Well i made the quote if you thought it was like from Wizard Liz or something

I read that and was like “whaaat?” And then I understood what you meant once I finished reading what you wrote. I got the wrong idea initially

Men are supposed to be more aggressive than women
In what way aggressive is the point, power in term is not the problem the point is on how people use it

Oh, gotcha. That's probably why I couldn't find the original source.

I don't think you fully understand what I'm referring to, I think. The quote "masculinity comes from aggression" is an attack on masculinity itself, because it's oversimplifying masculinity to violence only. "Masculinity comes from aggression" implies that there's no existence to masculinity besides violence, and I'm saying that can only come to someone who hates masculinity as a concept.

I agree that masculinity is not inherently violent.

i didn't mean it, aggression is not bad, it's a power but the point is how you use it

Oh gotcha. I agree.

I personally believe it's impossible to get power without aggression or violence, just due to the nature of power. People who are born into power have to remain aggressive or they end up losing everything. I don't feel like masculinity is the same, which is why I said what I said, but I understand your point better now.

I view the word 'aggressive' as inherently violent, but it doesn't look like you're using that word in that manner, I think you used it as an alternative to the word 'assertive'.
