Update on cooking oil

So I made a thread yesterday or a two days ago on cooking oil and the benefits for taking it . So far, I’ve done it once, but it was completely accidental.

So anyways, I was looking for sauce to put on eggs, and I grabbed this one hot sauce I remember liking. I start putting it on my eggs, then realized I was just straight oil, and my parents had been storing the oil in it. I’ll be trying the actual shots of oil in the future
