Used to have a girl in my class that looked exactly like me, but hardmaxxed and fatter but obviously held the fat much better

I literally am for the most part but a big portion of it is thankfully just holding too much face and stomach fat
Lose the weight then just use a calorie calculator to figure out how much to eat and follow it

Also workouts no matter how much it hurts and I can be more liberal with foods as long as its keto
