Using Clobetasol propionate as alternative for hydrocortisone to slim my nose

I heard that hydrocortisone and accutane can work if you want a slimmer nose but it's harder to find it in here compared to Clobetasol. Based on my research, they're on the same broad drug family but the only huge difference is potency. I wonder what's going to happen if I used it instead of hydrocortisone

The reason hydrocortisone is often used is because its the lowest potency corticosteroid that you can get easily.

corticosteroids thin skin, hence why it "shrinks your nose", because your thinning the skin, but corticosteroids work using your body's HPA axis, basically meaning that corticosteroids are mimicking cortisol in a way, and hydrocortisone is the safest option out of most other corticosteroids.

clobetasol works quicker but i recommend cycling it so that the skin on your nose doesn’t rip
