It is expensive and unsustainable as hell. It excludes even dairy which has lots of nutrition.

Nuts are very expensive. Getting protein from nuts will make you bankrupt. Soy has estrogen. Lentils have more carbs. Quinoa is hardly available.

No doubt why vegans tend to be extremely thin or flabby like Jeets.

Lentils has not more carbs than pasta but it's extremely simillar so getting your proteins from it is delusional compared to eggs, beef, pork, fish, milk-based products and poultry.
Lentils, beans, rice should be used to fill you up respecting your daily calories intake but it's not really a healthier alternative, except gluten-free and prebiotic fibers.

The most affordable "nut" to get is natural peanut butter from peanut oil extraction. But it's higher in calories (because it contains carbs and fats), so to keep during bulk phases.

For soy only fermented soy like tofu seems to be "okay". Isoflavones bind estrogen in the body so you have less estrogenic activity in the bloodstream. But people should be more worried about kidneys stone and iodine malabsorption overtime with soy. The whole phytoestrogen isn't really converted by the liver or everybody would have seen results from turkesterone plants lol

For quinoa idk, seems to be simillar to buckwheat and spelt so ideal carbs alternatives if you're sick and tired of rice, beans, pastas etc
