While it may be correlated, there's many cases of this not being the case, esp with extremely high testosterone indiviuals like Richard Ramirez and this one science youtuber, extremely high t yet clear skin, thick hair, light voices, well developed bones, good frame, not necessarily tall/super tall.
I think it's really only imbalanced hormones, that cause these traits we indicate as "high testserone". For example, when I go on nofap, my hormones become imbalances, and out of the 4-5 weeks of 1 week attempts of NoFap, I had increased acne in 4/5 cases.

Obviously there is outliers, but high testosterone increases vocal cord growth

It’s definitely correlated
fuck ye im prob just coping. But idk cuz i have every other indicator of high testosterone when im healthy

Just because you don’t have a deep voice doesn’t mean you have low testosterone tho

It’s just on average

I have squeaker voice but very high testosterone

If my voice was lower I could start a revolution

Idk what my free t is but apparently hve above avg t, yet still hve a high pitch voice :bongotap:
