Hypothesis Water is overrated

I love water and I couldn't live without drinking a huge amount of water everyday
i mean no problem with that aslong as you're healthy but there's so many other better choices especially for diets that require you to lose fat and debloat
 
As a source of hydration it gets mogged by everything else

raw milk
coconut water
yogurt

genuinely water wouldnt be my first choice at all.
valid but water is the most safest option
