Serious Normies Should Legally Be Forced To Have Permits To Post (semi rant, long post dnr.)

In general to make videos, images, art, music, books or anything. Normies should take a long test to see if they are NPCs or not. I cannot stand these humanimals. More so women, they should never ever be allowed near the creation of a game or any serious media. This is lunancy, I would make it illegal for a homosexual, queer, neurotypical or anyone who is just too bland to ever make any creative media. Link it all you want I do not care, I use capital letters, bolding, and exclamation marks all the time in other posts. If anything this only hurts your case because of the crazy stuff you said in the thread (just look at the title).
