What Happens to Your Hormones After You Lose Weight?: Kimberly Bolling, MD: Internist https://share.google/QQhmiSkuzOrUn7BiT

Hormone Levels Drop When Obese Women Lose Weight https://share.google/FHwECn28QLhPm2Myc

I'll tldr:
Since fat is estrogenic, when you lose weight, your estrogen levels decrease. This is beneficial in men (water) and largely unimpactful in women.

BUT SAAR WHAT ABOUT TESTOSTERONE?
very simple, work out. Any testosterone loss is only temporary regardless. For example, if you inject t you will stop producing it naturally to prevent overproduction and imbalances, but once you stop using test, your body will start producing it again. It's a similar mechanism.

INCREASED HUNGER SPIKES
once again, only temporary. Your body gets used to any hormonal changes. As previously mentioned, the body is great at getting used to its circumstances. Your stomach also gets used to any dietary changes you make. growing, or shrinking depending on your calorie intake.

just bare in mind

everyones bodys are different. Theres a reason david laid can stay shredded year round and you can't. Some people can maintain extreme calorie deficits, some people can do cardio everyday. Others struggle or simply can't.

obviously I'm not saying eat 500 calories a day and you'll be fine, but that you can go with a lot less food and be fine than what you think. Don't be a fatass

dnr but yea i'm tired of people saying they're afraid of cutting cause it will muh mess with hormones, now yes it will, but the pros out weigh the cons, body fat is estrogenic, long term your hormones will benefit even if you have to temporarily lower your test from a caloric deficit

this thread is unreadable with all the colors i fucking hate you
