Weightloss

eating less js makes u smaller not lose fat
ok i’ll give a better answer
eat high protein, be in caloric deficit
to be lean u need a good amount of muscle mass so u should be resistance training on top of that to either maintain muscle or put on muscle
contrary to popular belief, muscle building is not energy (calorie) dependent so u can build muscle in a deficit (tho u need to have enough energy to be able to sustain all ur bodily functions obviously, being in too much of a deficit wouldn’t be very helpful or optimal)

Bulking has been vaulted while I'm on a bulk 😭

unfortunately it has… same with cutting tho (unless fat), maintaining is most optimal now😭
Yeah, but as you said it still is good because on a cut for example you don't have as much energy and it's harder to give your muscles a strong stimulus to grow.
Still kinda weird to me that bulking doesn't grow extra muscle. Idk how you could gain muscle and not gain weight the natural way of thinking about it is that the extra calories turn into muscle, not true tho unfortunately

To be more accurate you can calculate your bmi
And with that info take a clear weight goal
I think dieting advice you got is already well
