Typically, Dutch doctors don’t hand out sleeping medicine easily. The doctor didn’t protest my request but they spoke their mind about them, saying he’s really strict when it comes to handing out medication like that. I was told by someone that I should exaggerate about my situation but my situation was extreme enough that I didn’t need to exaggerate even one bit. Just lol.

Theyre weird and kinda jewish

What ru?
I get what you mean when it’s about money.

I’m Pakistani. I was born and raised here. I speak Dutch fluently.

In America any drug you want is not super hard to get. In a way, I wish it wasn't like that, and instead of focusing solely on symptom management we would also address root causes, but it's just not how it is here.

Good luck with your new medicine.

Yeah I’m going to see a sleep therapist as well. The doctor sort of urged me to. And thanks! I’ll use them sparingly only. :)
