What are some ways to reverse narrowing of face after wisdom teeth extraction?

My lower third got narrower after extraction, I feel like a woman!
Before removal, my lower third was huge and prominent, and looking in the mirror always made me proud.
I saw someone say you can plug in a small carrot piece at the socket area, not sure if troll.

Any other ways?

From personal experience my jaw didn't become narrower after my wisdom teeth got extracted, the jaw bones won't change because your wisdom teeth got extracted. You most probably felt that way because the inflation that came with the extraction went away so you feel like it became narrower. You can always check with an orthodontist to know the truth.
