You are 14, plenty of time to grow. Just get enough sleep, nutrients, sunlight and sufficient amount of exercise, and try to find ways to calm your mind from constant high stress. Ask if your parents were "late-bloomers".

and na my parents definitely werent, my dad had me a few months after his 17th birthday

constant high stress is just my shitty environment and there is really nothing i can do to fix it rn ive tried
