No judging, you look like you kind of had/have bad tongue posture. What kind of orthodentic appliances have you had if you had any? People are talking about losing weight, but it looks more like bloat to me. So sweat a lot, eat a balanced diet and lymphatic drainage is worth a try.

I also dont agree with trimming your eyebrows, they really fit your face.
You have a really nice eye shape and your eyebrows highlight them. You can shape them but dont make them too thin.

For "frauding" learn expression control, i think the way you kind of purse your lips takes away from the photo at least.

Do you have a gummy smile? if so im guessing also an underbite. If you have nose that is clogged constantly find the source of inflammatory food from your diet and eliminate it so you can nose breathe, in the mean time get that wash that you spray into your nose and it unclogs it.
