What can I do to set myself up for FUTURE hardmaxxing

Research the doctors that are best for what surgery you want and consult with them about prices etc or go off what other people paid and add up all the cost, from there if your not working ideally start working and try setup a career plan for your future with what you wanna do anything business related is good. Also realise some of your features will change so you may need to adjust this over time
