what can make skin go from clear to glowing?

i’ve personally had clear skin all my life (genetics) and i don’t use skincare. i believe most skincare’s are cope, but is there anything that can make my skin go from clear to glowing?

First 1-3 months on tret, anything that hydrates the skin like a water based serum. Most of the time "glowing skin" is just skin that has had serums and moisturiser applied.

i bought the mediheal vitamide brightening pads and i realized they actually worked and made my skin look super bright, another thing you could do is Glutathione inj, those also help alot but they sting so bad
