Nothing, all I did of note this year was joining this forum.

I lost about 20 pounds then immediately gained back 10 of them because the holidays and lack of will power

I lost all my muscle or what I had

I still have no job

I am indeed mogged

got a sexy beautiful girl though


edit: spoke to 5 women this year, all could have been relationships but I self sabotaged due to lack of confidence and self image

I achieved better skin ang gained some muscle cuz at the beginning of the year I looked like a stick. I still do look like one, but it's not even close to as bad as it was.
