What do u call this acne

So I don't think this is whitehead coz its much smaller than white head its around my nose I mean next to my nose and its so many, but rlly small. I can feel little texture if I touch it but to see it, I need strong white light. Do u guys know how to fix that?? What products should I use (btw I can't go to doctor for this im broke)

could be clogged pores or milia, try retinol + salicylic acid if you don’t already use them

It is probably closed comedones make sure you you cleanse your face really good after makeup and especially you use sunscreen make sure to clean your face really good and stop using too many products also some skin care places clean them but you said that you don’t have money they will go over time just limit your products check the ingredients and make sure nothing is in your pores
