Yeah but I wanna do the thing chrissy does in the sopranos and shoot up thru my feet
If you just shoot up once or a few times to try it out you don't need to use your feet. It's only when you've been chasing the same veins up and down your arms multiple times a day over a week or two that you begin to develop track marks and bruising.

Also, your feet are way more dirty and prone to getting infected at an injection site. The veins in your feet can also be very hard to hit because they move around more, which means you're gonna have to poke yourself again and again to see that euphoric red shoot into the syringe.

If you're just wanting to try it, which I recommend you don't, you should use the crook of your left arm. There's a huge vein there that you don't even have to see to hit. Don't tie a belt or whatever around your arm either. It's absolutely unnecessary and can damage your veins causing problems for paramedics in the future if they ever need to do an emergency IV. And don't use anything but a fresh needle at that injection site. Needles that have been used are dull and can also damage that vein.
