Okay, so I didn’t took my antipsychotic for a day and tonight i had like the worst nightmares, I was dreaming i was back in the psych ward, my siblings died and somone stabbed me. I woke up cause my dad was talking to mr but that was just an auditory hallucination. Then i also see a shadow man in the corner and have tactile hallucinations every now and then
