It wasn't solely the mass tagging, but he spammed people's profile comments, threads, mentions, even in DMs, would make alts, etc. He would have episodes while high I guess. I've actually given him more chances than any other user on the site because his offenses were never "serious", but he just never learned really. He seems chill though when he's not having episodes. I don't think he's barred from ever coming back and I'm sure Dean would appeal him if he asked, but I don't know if he ever cared enough to.
