It was a temp ban but I didn't realize @SoycietyReject and @Societal Reject were the same user so I'll have to turn it into a perma ban. He needs to appeal.

He got pinged for sharing an IP address with him today. If they're not the same user then the username combo + IP combo is unfortunate for him.
