It won't increase your estrogen, Its mostly just jokes as people are obsessed with having high T & low E

The isoflavones like Genistein & Daidzen ? They mimic estrogen yes but i'm not sure if the liver synthetize them as estrogenic compounds in the bloodstream or pass the intestines barrier to go through the bloodstream
Low-T in men will happens after eating high doses of oils and refined carbs for years in excess

Receipts contain chemicals who increase risks of cancers, and ruin the endocrin system, will not skyrocket your estrogen levels.

If you want to boost estrogen it's the same path that men who want to raise their T-levels

Will depends if you suffer from low-estrogen symptoms like menopausal women. Best thing you can do is doing a blood test asking a full hormonal panel to check estrogen levels and see if you're normal, low, high etc and then improving your lifestyle for weeks, and doing an another blood test

Didn't recommend HRT tho, no need for women unless you're close to menopause lol

I did a blood test, i have higher t than most women but they didn't say it was an issue
i have a lot of hair but that might be because i'm hispanic and not high t

Hair growth & density is genetic. You could increase all the hormones of the world, if it's not in your DNA you'll not grow any hair
