What is your circardian ryhtm?

I never sleep. I've got things to do - like rotting.
 
Any time i decide to sleep, which is drastically different every single night. Been that way since i was 12. Basically a none existent circadian rhythm.
 
I was sleeping at 01:00 a.m before, i builted this rythm step by step with the help of gpt;

First, i made my room as dark as possible and set my phone to turn night mode everyday

a while later, bought a blue light blocker glass

and later on, i decided to decrease my bed time hour by hour until its 22:00

And bought a blackout curtain and high quality earplugs

And lastly, getting sunlight after wakip up for circardian syncronization

Now, my body spikes gh during 23:00-02:00 😎
