I'd rather wait until I'm 25, and idk about how Iliac crest implants would work in the long run since your hips are constantly growing which is why older women have stupid wide hips with or without kids

Working out has helped me out, I started calisthenics and taking dance classes, dance definitely seems to be helping w my hips but it's too hard to tell
