Deep fried okra. String bean, flat bean, snap peas, snow peas, regular peas and any kind of bean except for pinto and Northern bean. Non-sweet corn (I hate sweat corn). Winter melon and white carrot. Cabbage, spinach, kale, and collard greens.

I love couli flower, but only baked and seasoned.

Oh yes, green onion. I love it too. "Cong" in Chinese.

My wife's village grows the largest green onions in the world. They get up to 6 feet tall. The best ones are exported to Japan and Korea, but the less desirable ones that we keep and eat are still as thick as a baseball bat.
