I find that combining caffeine + l-theanine equal ratio worked for a short while but I'm r*tarded and it lost it's effectiveness completely. Social issues too

They're ok with a diagnosis but they're against big pharma & medications. Both of them are diagnosed with it & their lives are miserable but they refuse to take anything to help

Talk to them, act out show them that everything is crumbling. Guilt trip just get those meds
