when i wake up i have a dry throat i can’t breathe as well as normal from my nose it feels kinda tight all the time and i can’t rlly remember anything but i feel like im out of breath sometimes when i wake up i keep biting on my tongue whenever i eat and its like my tongue doesnt fit in my mouth it causes speech issues like when i talk i keep stuttering and stuff
