What specific combinations of bones cause hollow cheeks

All ur bones need to be well developed basically. Anyone can get hollow cheeks theoretically but if you find it hard buccal fat removal is an option (you can also use fat disolvers at home)

Like do you have to have a wide lower jaw along side a really well developed maxilla or what could you get it with implants and surgery or you either got it or don’t?
Better the jaw the higher body fat you can have them with. Only people who are extremely boneless can’t have them

Not my bones ofc

There is a few types of bone and tissue involved with that buccal region- namely the mandible, zygomatic arches and just fat tissues/ collagen that form the structural integrity.

The gaunt cheek appearance comes from the relative difference between a person’s cheekbones and their jawline. Both have to be quite prominent. The area in between is quite hollow and, if the muscles in that are are quite thin or placed inside the head more, the cheeks appear to sink.

Sadly, like most things in life their prominence is genetically predisposed.

Look it's actually how inward or outward your gonians+ high set prominent check bones + bf
I see thanks I am getting orthodontists along side other things as preparations for either lefort or double jaw
