I watched this for the first time ~5 years ago when I was like 10-11 iirc and it was definetly one of my biggest introductions into philosophical stuff. You can drop some books down but our attention spans are fried and most of us will summarize with ai anyways jfl

Great podcast- the theme is anxiety and trauma and how it’s fueled by the brain.
