Most of the time as you know I'm repostigiong my teeth but I have a svery deep bite and am considering the surgery leforte 1 ostermany , if I was able to go through what rating most likely would it bring me up to. because what I know for now is I'm chopped unless I'm mewing 24/7 which is impssible for my airway to do

my guess is I could get up to high mtn based on what I seen in good cases.
