It's complicated.
If she got r4ped, have you seen a behaviour change ? Not eating, crying, depression, don't want to be touched, cuddled or wanting sex.
Did we know the dude ? If yes, has witnesses seen something ? her girl friends ? Is there any recorded proof ?
Why she didn't file a complaint at the police station sooner and let this dude be free ? We need a lot MORE context
And let the justice does his work.
If you outsmoke that dude cold but your gf hasn't filed a complaint or didn't support your motivation, you'll end up as the main perpetrator

If she don't want to file a complaint, it's either she cheated, regretted or wanted to cheat but got assaulted or the dude is threatening. you need to stay cold and not doing something immature or out of emotions

I know a dude with a similar scenario but he find out his ex-gf followed the dude at home and they flirted the whole evening prior to that. He helped her but once it was done, he walked away
