For the past like 2 weeks the right side of my head has been hurting bad when I shake it or bonesmash. How long till it goes back to normal or is this a permanent issue caused by my daily bonesmashing.

Yeah I have done for the past few days. Idk if I might have to check up with a doctor or it's just minor
