my lower third basicly looks like this

short ramus, 130* gonial angle but long mandible and sadly round jaw.
my wisdom teeth still havent set in, they are all growing correctly.
both my parents arent recessed.


rn my plan would be to get ccw bimax,

but the problem is, its bimax

Is your maxilla recessed too ? That would explain why you'll "need" a bimax. You'll "need" a lower jaw surgery + genioplasty if your maxilla is not recessed and you'll "need" a trimax (lower jaw + maxilla advancement + genioplasty) to fix your recession. Notice I've put the word "need" in quotation marks to let you understand that you don't really need it, facially I'll say you're around mmtn, so slightly above average. Also CCW is only for when you have downward growth going on.

no, i thought recessed also applied to lower third.

Also CCW is only for when you have downward growth going on.
