recently my skin, like mainly my face and chest area have been getting really red and i dont rlly go out + i apply sunscreen in the morning no matter what. any idea what it could be ?

Eczema maybe just go to the doctors if it doesn't go. For now moisturise the area as much as possible

That’s what mine is but idk what to, it’s that or it’s stress relates
