I’m not happy with current jaw structure, I hit puberty pretty late, like freshman year of high school. I just turned 21 years old, is it too late for me to significantly change my jaw structure? Will thumb pulling actually make a significant difference or is it just over for me, I’ve been mewing for a long time but I just found out about “hard mewing”
